WME delighted to retain key contracts

WME continue our excellent customer retention record by securing key contracts

2021/22 has seen WME’s excellent track record of customer retention continue.

WME had 4 large external local authority contracts up for renewal at the end of March 2022, representing some 4,100 supply points and 470GW worth of energy.

Following competitive tender exercises, WME are delighted to have retained all contracts.

In addition, WME has recorded a retention rate of 99.6% on our direct contracted portfolio, which consists of over 3,000 supply points.

Gavin Owen, Business Development Manager at WME said “At WME we pride ourselves on our excellent customer retention. We strongly believe that this record is reflective of the consistently high-quality service levels provided to all customers across the business.

We are delighted to retain these contracts and continue the excellent relationships we have built up with these customers over a number of years. Our focus is now on navigating the particularly challenging conditions and supporting these authorities with their respective “net-zero” missions”.
