Structured across 10 regional lots, the framework supports local delivery and social value by connecting users with suppliers that understand regional requirements and local supply chains. Flexible routes to market, including Direct Award and Further Competition, allow users to select the procurement approach that best aligns with their governance requirements. Users can also choose between a fully managed procurement service delivered by WME or a self-service option, depending on the level of support required.
