West Mercia Energy (WME) have been our energy provider for gas and electricity since 2018 and we have found them to be very approachable and helpful, especially around advise of the types of energy purchasing options. The account manager meets with us on a quarterly basis to share key performance information and advise us on any potential savings or issues to be resolved. As part of the service WME undertake bill validation resolving any discrepancies with the energy supplier. WME have assisted with new connections and removals from our portfolio and have assisted in providing freedom of information requests.

WME have been purchasing our energy for more than 10 years through some very challenging times, ensuring we are obtaining the best possible prices for our portfolio. Their provision goes far beyond purchasing energy however. Their customer service is continually excellent and their support with associated projects such as meter upgrades and removals is really beneficial to us. WME complete their work in a timely manner with good communication and sound advice and support.
