We are thrilled to announce that TotalEnergies has been awarded our new gas framework, effective from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2030. This decision follows a meticulous process, fully compliant with Public Contract Regulations (2015).
TotalEnergies has proven their capability to meet our extensive criteria, ensuring they can support both the current and future requirements of WME and our public sector customers.
The flexible framework offers a straightforward and compliant route to market, accessible to any public body. It facilitates the flexible procurement and supply of gas, a method often preferred by the public sector for its risk-managed approach.
In addition to defined quality standards supported by robust KPIs, the framework encompasses a wide range of areas, including net-zero products and solutions, and social value
This achievement is the result of many months of detailed planning and execution by the WME team.
Nigel Evans, WME Managing Director, expressed his delight: “We are excited to launch this new framework, available to the public sector from April 2026.
