In the event of either a gas or electricity emergency during our closure, please follow the instructions below.


Gas Emergency: 0800 111 999 (This is a 24 hour emergency line)

If you smell gas, think you have a gas leak or have any concerns
regarding carbon monoxide, immediately open all windows and doors and extinguish any naked flames including cigarettes. Then call the Gas Emergency Services free on 0800 111 999.

Electricity Emergency:

In the event of an electrical emergency or power outage you can contact your local operator by calling 105 from any landline phone.

If you do not have access to a landline phone, the direct number for the network operator responsible for your area can be found in a yellow box on the top of any electricity invoices you have received from WME
