Under this service provision WME will operate an agreed risk managed procurement strategy for the customer.
Services Provided by WME
- Flexible Procurement – WME provide different procurement strategies to match the requirements of your organisation
- Price Validation – Your energy prices are validated by WME along with all non-commodity costs prior to them being accepted. Checks include network charges, transportation, metering and environmental levies.
- Contract Management – All customers have a dedicated account manager and regular contract review meetings. WME will report on key areas of the contract performance.
- Supplier Management – We are aware that the performance of our supplier is reflective of our service and we therefore have a comprehensive process in place for managing our suppliers.
- Budget Support – WME will provide detailed budgeting support for your organisation in advance of each financial year.
Under our procurement only service, WME will work with our supplier and the customer to ensure a smooth and timely transfer.
