Your electricity network operator looks after the safety and security of your electricity supply. In the event of an electrical emergency or power outage you can contact your local operator by calling 105 from a landline phone.
If you do not have access to a landline phone, the direct number for the network operator responsible for your area can be found in a yellow box on the top of any electricity invoices you have received from WME.
